The first one-year program intends to nurture storytellers and is operated by the municipality with the provision of a full scholarship.

In March of 2022, the first one-year program intended to nurture storytellers was launched by Bucheon City. The program aims to discover new creative talents and cultivate high-quality storytellers. Every applicant selected for the one year program is provided with a full scholarship. Students enrolled must participate in related contests at least once and submit a literary work to graduate from the Academy.
